xover on hu with xover on amp can you make band pass

i was thinking about setting my mids and highs active but before i spend money on a active xover

is it possible for me to set my HU front xover to high pass(80hz up) and set my amp to low pass(2.5Khz down)

for my mid bass, would that make it bandpass or am i missing somthing. my amp is a arc audio ks 300.2 and has a x10 option on

the xover so it goes from 50hz to 5.5Khz. Any advice appreciated thanks.
