xclusiv3 Posted July 10, 2007 Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 well i plan on doing 2 12" audioque hdc3's (when released) off of a rockford fosgate t4k in my 2006 nissan maxima. electrical will consist of a kinetik 1400 up front, 200A EA alt, and 2 kinetik 2400s (or powermaster d3100 depending on which would work better, i can get the kinetiks for $500shipped) in the rear. i had 2 12" SI mags on a sundown facing the rear....and even with 3 layers of raamat the trunk rattled tremendously.... thats why now i wanted to try a bandpass through the armrest....i have confidence that my installer can do it right, and can get the box built to play the right bandwith..... so im asking, regular 2 12's ported facing rear, or 2 12's in 4th order through armrest? Goal: least amount of trunk rattle, VERY loud on inside AND outside (no flaming on that one) im 17, yea i like to be loud outside of the car, but not all the time you know what i mean.... i like rap, so i dont think SQ is a very big issue as most say rap has little SQ in the first place....
