HELP ADDING A 3RD SPEAKER TO MY FRONT CHANNELS

Recommended Posts

Hey guys.. My BMW has it's 5.25" factory driver location so far under the dash it's ridiculous. I have a comp set using this location. I'm using the factory tweeter location which is great but I have a 3.5" factory speaker high on thew door panel that I'm not using. I have 2 channels to the front from my amp, running my comp set. If I add a 3.5" coax into the door panel, it will need to be running off the same channels as the comp set. How can I control It's level independently? I dont want to adjust it on the fly, I want to set it once, so it's not over powered and leave it. I was thinking some sort of L-pad behind the door panel? Any help would be great!!!
