This will be blatantly obvious to many of you but just wanted to warn you guys to keep an eye on your ball joints. I found out Wednesday that I had a bad one:

When mine failed I messed up my wheel and tire, my halfshaft popped out and I lost almost all my trans fluid, and I twisted the crap out of everything else suspension related in the passenger front. And I got lucky!

So don't be stupid like me, check your ball joints before you end up out $180 for towing and $200+ in parts.

Too many projects, too little time...

Be lucky it didn't go out at a high speed. You could've rolled your car or wrecked. Preventative matience is the best idea B)
