i want ppl out side the car to feel the bass but i want it to be just as loud in the car and the only run 400watts apeace up to 8ohms but my amp only  runs 4 ohms stable?

4 ohms is lower then 8 ohms so 

which will be perfect for your amp if it is 4 ohm mono stable....

the easiest way to build your first enclosure is to follow the manufacturer recommendations for now.  Then as you learn you will get more ideas on how to improve...or have  a shop do it for you

ok cool,but one more question.....what would happen if i took my current ported box and made it bigger but with the same speakers?,and is there away to run 2ohms with my setup?

what year are your subs and did you get them eith the RF enclosure
