Gazoo_bumpin Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 Hi I'm very lost on this and hoped I could get some help from members that own trailers etc I know my best bet is to buy from a Dealership but if I find an amazing deal on a 6x10-6x12 used what do I look at I know about the single axle and tendem I have a few questions I will do in point form to make it better 1,how many companys really make trailers,5? and then just rebadge them 2,Whats the best type of frame and enclsoure to buy No seems,Rivets showing 3,What are the common things that wear or break I know there's more to ask but I really don't know,first time ever buying or even drving a trailer Hope I can get some help Quote Moving where the Money Trees are Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
qu1cks1lver56 Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 idk about question 1. but, you want 12 or 16 inch centers, and not 24 inch centers. 24 inch center trailers are junk. they may make 18 inch centers too, even that would be okay on that small of one. as for question 3, tires, tires, and more tires, and axles if you overload the piss out of it.
