how much wrms can a 12' stroker pro handle and running 2 alternators one 90 amp and one 160 amp wanna know

ok people question is how much wrms will a 12" stroker pro take before it goes poof. and my other question is this my stock alternator puts out 100 amps and i have a 160 amp alternator also my stock alternator is on the car i already did the big three i wanna hook both alternators up whats all involved ?do i just take the positive from the 160 amp alt and run it through the bettery then down 2 the back to hook up my other batteries???
