Sounds like you have a good bit of damage there. I know with my sliding glass in mine i went ahead and stuck a small strip of damp pro on the latch before I put the new setup in so that shit doesnt rattle like a bitch. Hope my vents dont break. Mine seriously is scary sometimes, you can hear a LOUD slap slap slap slap from the slider and window hitting eachother, like its bad. Did the damplifier make a big difference in your truck?
