Don't. Its a waste of time. Cut some holes in your front doors and put another set there or get custom fiberglass door panels made. You want your mids and highs to all be coming from in front of you the best you possibly can. Rear speakers just throw off the sound stage in a car with a system.

Yes, it sounds kinda strange as I've tried this.

Go with your front doors as was stated before and you can't go wrong with sound quality.
