Harbor Freight has both a website and stores, well, at least here in CNY. Just get the flux rosin core solder and a little torch. It's like $10 for the torch (little orange one) and some solder ($3 ea). Sadly they don't sell butane which is weird.

I should research this, these kinda prices would be awesome.

$10 for a small orange one??? i pay $5 for the blue ones, and then $8 for the blue ones with the nozzle thing

but i use a vice then use my torch and solder... MAKE SURE TO HEAT UP THE WHOLE TERMINAL BEFORE USING SOLDER SO YOU CAN FILL THE CAP PROPERLY!!!

everytime i go to solder i get the solder wayyy down past the ring terminal and it makes the wire un flexible for about 2 inchs after the ring terminal
