planet audio bb2 12" sub

i was wondering if i build a box that's about 33" wide 22" deep and 22" high and did a port that" 4" high 9" wide and 14" deep would that be to much for the subs? the manual doesn't really help and i want a comp box and daily box in one. basicly i don't want to bottom out the subs. and i like low in bass like in window flex'n bass lol. thanx to every one that helps. not sure if theres any one that runs these subs.
