Guest jbinn
Tested ohms on DMM and both coils were reading around 1ohm (perfect) No bad sounds coming from coil when I push cone down (good) Coil looks to be like its brand new (sweeT) but ahold this I noticed: the right terminal is like brown.. I took a rag and it basically wiped right off.. Is this bad? is it from clipping? it only happened to the ONE terminal all the others are shiny. If the leads themselves aren't burned, it coulda just been a short in the wire, idk bro..as long as the sub works and there's no physical damage. EricR
I don't see the problem, another pointless thread. Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
