I an out of work electrician doing odd jobs under the table but its hard without that extra check every week to make ends meet. Anyone else feel my pain here. sorry if this is in the wrong place or there is another topic about this already. I feel ya man. I just started receiving benefits about two weeks ago. My former employer fights all unemployment claims. I also understand the out of work electrician part. Ive applied to so many shops around here its not funny. The last place I even offered to work as a apprentice just so I could have a job. Was told I had to much experience that they wanted somebody they could train.
