need help with wiring audio

would any one be willing to draw me up a diagram for my car audio i will have a standard battery in the front wich i will be putting the big 3 on next i will have a kinetic battery in the trunk that i will be wiring to 3 amps ( 2 mono and 1 4-channel ) i dont know if i need fuses or isolators or grounds for the 2nd battery i also was wondering how do i runb all the audio wires from the 3 amps into the back of my head unit? and with the four channel amp do i just forget about all the previous stock wires that run to the head unit? im in need of alot of help when it comes to wiring so if any one could make a detailed sketch of everything i need and where to hook it up it would be much appreciated

what do you mean 2 runs of o guage and i dont have to do anything with the negative terminals? or just grouynd them? or run neg to negative and also have grounds on both? and dont i need an isolator?
