AudioQue 18" hdc3 copper

Hey everyone! this is a very simple question. Im just wondering if the Audioque hdc3 18" copper coil can take an audioque 1200d. Or do you think i will be underpowering it? Thanks!

itll be fine. underpowering wont hurt a woofer unless you clip the amp by turning up the gain too much/using bass boost irresponsibly. an hdc3 can take a 2200d no sweat just to go figure.

Thanks man! I just cant find any specs for the hdc3 copper coils. Its not on the website... Thanks! Also, will it still slam hard? or should i go with a 15" with that amp??

every HDC3 woofer has the same motor so they all handle the exact same amount of power pretty much. same with the sdc2.5's. you dont really need specs on the woofers since AQ tells you how big of a box you need for whatever woofer size they have.
