Maroon97SL
I have 2 12's in a R/T obcon ported enclosure, the port is tuned to 40hz. I called the manufacture to see what kind of box was recommended for my subs and they told me a sealed enclosure .6 ft3 net, Would the sound quality differ that much from a ported enclosure tuned at 40hz, what could i expect different from a sealed enclosure? The subs are eclipse 87121.8 8 OHM 12's 300w RMS. 2000 White Saturn SL2 Kenwood KDC-248U Head Unit 1 Rockrod Fosgate HX2 punch DVC 12 1 Rockford Fosgate R500-1 amp Stock Mids & Highs. Budget Build, I spent about 330$ for the setup. but its a crx, if you cant fart and do a 150 in a crx there is something wrong...
