sealing trunk from cabin

i removed the rear seats in my 92 honda prelude and built a box that go's fro the back of the trunk into the back seats the box is 4.25 cubic ft. ported at 44htz. will it make a difference if i seal the trunk from the cabin with foam and sound deadner here is a vid if you wanna see its still a work in progress im gonna carpet the box and build trim to go around it
