SPL Rebuild

Recommended Posts

Okay, so. I attended my first SPL show yesterday and found out that I metered at 148.6. I'm currently thinking of a rebuild, but I have a few questions in mind. I'm thinking of buying a Soundigital 12kd amp (I can get a deal on it). Has anyone heard anything of these? Are they good quality? I'm building an SPL Setup, but still using it as a daily. I'm also upgrading to 2 DC level 5's.

Any suggestions feel free to discuss. I'm looking for all the input I can get.

Thanks.

the SD amps are great except the crossover on them sucks so you may want to get a cheap active crossover. but as for power, they are rated at 12v so if you can keep them at 14.4v they will do rated power after imp rise. that is a big plus. the 12k and level 5's will be a killer combo. should get nasty loud.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.
