Possible p1000-1 problem

Recommended Posts

i have been having a problem with battery drain on my girlfriends 2007 corolla s. I can charge up the battery and the next day i can test it and without starting it at all or anything, it drains the battery to 35 percent. i can unhook the stereo system and it will drain battery very little in the same test. i have a 360.2, p400-4, and a p1000-1 amp in my system. i have looked to make sure everything is turned off when car shuts off in the system and they all seem to shut off. i then today put a clamp meter over each power wire in the system and the 360.2 and p400-4 have hardly any draw at all but the p1000-1 draws about 1.5 amps. Is this normal? any help would be greatly appeciated
