Im just wondering, do you guys even run your subs through design programs? i know some of you guys have 18"s as 30 hz which is good, but if you put the numbers down in design you play at like -5db@30 hz. Just a little curious if you guys even take the extra step to ACTUALLY design a box. not trying to thread jack or bash.

Also, if you find the specs on the lvl 5 i would love to have them to put in a BBP file. qes, qts, qms, fs, vas, so forth : )

kind of hard to put these subs in a design program without specs.

had to do the push the cone down and pull it up by hand test, put a battery to it and see how far it moved up test, stick a screwdriver to the magnet test, play it free air on sweeps with my hand on the cone test. that was just foreplay.

it came down to building the box for a starting point and adjusting for what i wanted it to do. im pretty happy with them. knowing i have a lot more i can get out of my system is what excites me.

lol@153@36hz WEAK. Car only feels like 144 in the front seat.... nah nah nah. Do those upgrades we were talking about and I bet you'll easily do 155 on music without changing the box at all. Then you get to play with the box and get the most out of it
