i measured it out, took 24" for woofers, 4" for port, and 1.5" for wood. that leaves you with 2.5" of width to play with.

edit: 2.5" of "free space" i worded it weird

subs are 12.5 inches total diameter so minus 1 inch of free space for 1.5"

yeah lol i didnt notice that till after i posted. im not used to working with 2 subs i let him know yours looks great and not to use mine lol

with a depth of 28 you could mount themfront to rear maybe instead of side to side

IS there any problems with this box design because this is the only way it will fit and still be tuned right plz respond asap

That design will be pretty good for them. Since your giving them more port area, the old box didnt have enough port area.

Jeep Cherokee 4dr -4.75 in front, new rusty's 4.5 in rear leafs -micky thompson 35x14.50x15 -locker rear -Rusty's offroad Engine/transmission/transfer case/crossmember/gas tank skid plates -Warn front bumper with 8000lb winch -Custom rear bumper -Warrior product tube doors (summertime) -Optima redtop (starter) -26XK miles and still runs like a bat out of hell

136 amp alt 200 ah batteries 12.7 daily

2 Apsm 1500 @ 2 ohm strapped on zv3 d1 with ns softparts

Mb quart 125.4 wired to 4 aura 6's

3.6 cube box tuned to 36 plays down to 23hz

so the port needs to be 4.5inches from the walls?

yes, thats the width of the port all the way through the box. the height will be 13.5in, those are the inner dimensions of the port. It will be 30in long.
