going deaf Posted October 13, 2006 Report Share Posted October 13, 2006 looks great man... so what is your "secret" to not split the mdf with the screws? drill a pilot hole? i know that... and even predrilling doesn't keep it from splitting most of the time when they're that close to one another... i thought he did something different... at least that's what i got from what he typed...
