I Need Help.. With 3 Wheel Tuck.. Please

Hey guys. I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX 4 door. Its bagged with cylinders and I'm running 8 valves. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to plumb it for 3 wheel tuck. My cylinders have the bottom port, I just don't know how to set it up. Also would I get more travel out of the air ride if I remove my stock sway bar?
