i want to get 4 10's and if i run them in parallel do the watts on the subs add up

say one is 300 rms if have two dose it become 600 rms?

Yes if you have 4 300watt rms subs you would have 1200rms.

if you run them in series or parallel it will make the power handling go up. meaning, if you have the 4 10's you're talking about and you said they are 300rms a piece, then whether you wire then in parallel, series, or series/parallel (if applicable), then they will handle 1200rms. parallel and series wiring just change the ohm load you can "show" your amp.

no i know it shows the amp a different load but i was confused about the power i mean i am only 17 so i mean i guess i am a "noob" and what you said wasnt really complicated but thank you it helped
