BeLOW ME Posted November 22, 2010 Report Posted November 22, 2010 when i start my car it has a whine. also when the car is off and i turn the key without starting the car is has a ringing noise. i have an amp on my highs and sub but the sub doent whine. im unfamiliar with newer cars. this is a 2004 tahoe. i grounded everything correctly, sanded down and tried 2 different rca cables still no luck. my power cables are on the drivers side and the rca and remote is on the passanger side. also i have no remote turn on, on my deck. i guess it broke, so i hooked up my remote on my amp to the 12V constant with a toggle switch. could that be the problem?
