chapo123 Posted November 26, 2010 Report Posted November 26, 2010 then do it right and you wont have that problem i understand abhout the alt.. i wouldnt trust even myself doing it lol id pay someone to do that. but man its easy.. really.. get power wire.. run it to the back.. (fused of course connected to positive on battery) and then thats your positive.. pop out your head unit and run a remote (tells amp to turn on and off) and run some rcas (sends signal to amp) then run those back.. finally find a good solid ground to put your amp too.. clean off any paint or anything then tie down a terminal and plug everything into your amp.. your done.. other then plugging in subs and tuning amp but thats easy Quote Steve I don't know why but everytime I see your new paint I want a Dr. Pepper...... is this normal? heres an analogy for you. running a high power stereo without a fuse is like having unprotected sex with that hot chick at the bar with the sketchy sexual history.
