jfrerich Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 hey guys i have 2 l7 15s in my trunk right now both just shy of 4 cubic feet per sub but it isnt loud enough... id make a wall from my back seat but i would rather not lose the room i have.. possible for an 18 maybe? can i actualy build a box large enough to have an 18 hit the way it should? and if anyone has any chryslers u should post up some pics id like to see what some other people have setup

sqsux Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 welcome to the world of never loud enough. if your current box is ~8 cubes then it's more than likely possible. measure the height from the floor of your trunk to the deck, if you're lucky it'll fit fine and you'll be able to face it forward and seal it off. sub up wouldn't be worth it IMO, too much trunk rattle, but everyones opinions are different. jfrerich Posted December 18, 2010 Author Report Posted December 18, 2010 ah awesome.. ok well now i guess to think up a box and what sub id like lmao... and yea for sure i got my first system about a year ago it was a t1 15 and a rockford 1000 it sounded good but it just wasnt enough so i got a jl 13 with the jl 1000 it was louder than the 15 now i got those 2 kicker l7 15s and the zx2500 thinkin bout just puttin the 2500 to 1 18 or maybe sellin the l7s for some orion 15s thanks for the link to ur youtube
