Anybody Know What bass knob cable the EGA1700D Soundstream AMP uses?

Basically a friend gave me a bass knob for my Soundstream EGA1700D.

I am pretty sure its not the right one, I Havnt installed my system yet, but in the manual for the amp it says it needs the EGA-RM bass remote.

Ive looked everywhere for it but couldnt find it without buying a new amp. ( mine didnt come with one )

I was seeing if anyone knew what type of cable it was for this type of amp. Its not a standard phone line, its SKINNIER as well as TALLER than a regular phone cable.

Its not ethernet or anything common that ive seen lately ( and I work with computers and such daily )

So if anyone knows what this is let me know Id appreciate it...

I know this isnt the right section, but if someone happen to have the ACTUAL EGA-RM bass knob *INCLUDING THE WIRE* I would be willing to take it off your hands.

But the catch is I need it by CHRISTMAS, Im in Florida!

Alright. Is it the same thing as the remote input on my amp?

Remote input? As in bass knob?

No. It may serve the same purpose though (depending whether your knob was boost or gain).

It does what you want and need it to do.
