Bridged a RF T600-4 for a midbass application anyone?

Hi everyone! I have Rockford Fosgate T600-4 4-channel amplifier wich I would like to use for the two Digital Designs DDW6.5 4 ohm that i will have soon. I have been thinking of getting a T600-2 instead, if it´s worth it. I have one T600-2, but it´s driving a pair of DDA5.25 which I needed to get them sounding loud and clear enaugh. I tried to bridge the T600-4 on the DDA5.25, but as the volume got higher the distortion got to. And now I feel that I need some more midbass to match the DD9512 with dual T1500-1bd´s. The DDA5.25´s really hits though.

Sience I know the THD will have less importance on lower frequencies so I´m hoping this will work well for midbass in the range of 50-300 hz because of the 969 of Dynamic wattage it gives compared to the 738 W on the T600-2, and i do love it loud, but I want it to sound clear enaugh also. Both are rated 600 watts at 2 Ohm with 0.1% THD and 400 watts at 4 ohm with 0.05%THD.

So my question is, is this worth trying to bridge the T600-4 for the DDW6.5or should I go for the T600-2 directly instead?

Just for info, I´m planning to make ported 12 litre boxes for my doors if that is the best alternative.

Any other amplifier bridged for midbass perhaps and in that case how did that sound?
