drlovebangin318s Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 i used a volt meter on the positive and negititve from the amp and i was geting 13 somthin volts.. i never saw no volt drops while my car was idling with no ac or anything else on.. but when my lights are on they dim .. am i supposed to meter from another location??? doughboi916 Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 when i turn my gain up my DMM reads a higher voltage? is this supposed to happen? it was around 13.4-13.6v idle and i turned the gain on the amp up and it read 13.8-14v???
