MACnonsence6 Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 k so to some of u this might seem silly but here it goes say i have an amp that does 100 rms at 1 ohm and i have another thatll do 100 at 8 ohms now the subs wired together are 2 4ohm dvc so them wired together with coils in parell will give me a 1 ohm load now are those 2 the same thing 100 to each sub and 100 to both subs wired together? I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.
