Rose-Villian
get some like 35 grit paper or something and go over the cut after you have your pieces cut and you won't get splinters i did it the first time around with the big cuts but every little cut after that i would always forget. just for reference, specifics on the birch everyone's using? stuff i used was 11 ply. think it was B grade or something like that. menards actually had baltic birch but it was ridiculously expensive, especially since i needed 5 4x8 sheets. If You want true birch you have to go to a hardwood supplier... the stuff you get at home depot lowes ect ect... is complete garbage... we use russian birch 75$ a sheet but stronger then baltic and lighter! Or bamboo comes.in at about $350 a sheet 5'x5' lol WWW.OSGINDUSTRIES.COM I LOVE HATER'S
