GetLikeMe
Ive been a member here just never really posted but thought id come and post and meet maybe some new people.. Well time to upgrade got alot of new equipment and making alot of changes.. Onto whats changing... New subs will be some Sundown Nightshade v2's.. New amp is a Sundown 4500D. New Mids are B&C 8" 8NW51 's New Tweets are B&C Planar Neo8's Lets start at what i've got done so far...OUT WIT THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW.. Trying to fit 8" Mids in stock location without modding anything is a PITA but i got it done.. Doors done, so I started on my pillars... Still got some work to do but got them all mocked up and ready for resin/bondo.. Cant forget the new terminals from toolmaker.. And my new project.. Since im planning to fire subs facing in and i had my amps on my backseats and when i had people in my backseats i didnt want the subs to be slammin on my amps so i figured I would mount them on my rear deck since i got no speakers back there anyways.. Just started on this today.. Rear deck is covered in SS Damp Pro and will be laying some luxury liner under the wood as well to help wit rattles.. Everything out Now for the mock up test fit.. Fits good and looks badass Now to clean it up a bit and make it look pretty.. This wil be wrapped in vinyl.. Thats it for now need to order some more wire 4gauge for amps .. Gon pick up vinyl soon and gon concentrate on getting the apillars done. Once thats all mounted and ready to go. I will start on my box build.. GetLikeMe
Some more pics of stuff going in my car.. Got a little more work done yesterday.. Aint going to mount the amp until i get another layer of limo on my back window might get it done today or for sure this week. Anyways pickedup some vinyl! to wrap my a-pillars and rear deck .. Finalyl got the batterys out this was a pain lol... I added some bracing to rear deck panel where i plan to mount it to the rear deck.. I've never fired inside my car so not sure howmuch rattle my rear deck is going to have but i did want to add some protection so i layed some SS Overkill Pro in some of the dips in the rear deck to make it all flat.. Than I went over it with SS Luxury Liner Pro. I also plan to add some SS Luxury Liner Pro under the amps when mounting them as well. Not to mention I already have a nice layer of SS Damp pro on rear deck. Team Bass-Hz
