KevinAmirkhanian Posted January 19, 2011 Report Share Posted January 19, 2011 Hi guys so I bought a pre-fab box for my sub (MD Sound 12175) right when I bought just you know so I could actually listen to it but i've grown on the sound system and I would like to improve it so I can enjoy it to the fullest. I have the spec sheet for my subwoofer but I can't make left or right out of which number applies to what piece of MDF (what size to cut it). It lists the Qts, Vas-cu. ft, Xmax-in., Vented Box Vol-cu.ft., Minimum-Maximum Box Vol.-cu.ft (for a vented box) and the Port Dimensions-in. I want to build it tuned to 33 hertz.
