Sundown Audio

Recommended Posts

I would like to know what would you do in my situation. I have a 2006 Chevrolet trailblazer LS not extended daily driver, a Mechman 250A, and enough XS power batteries to cover 5K watts. I just bought a Sundown audio saz-3500d and I would like to know what sundown (series, size, quantity) woofers would you use and would you wire the amp at .5 ohm or 1 ohm. And why? Also how would you set up your box without sacrificing the backseat. (nothing in detail about the box just a general idea of how you would set it up) And why?

All I can say is to run two Z v4s on that 3500. Not sure about woofer size in a trailblazer, someone else will be able to help you there.

I would stay away from .5 ohm, not because of the "if you have to ask don't do it" but if you want more power, just get a bigger amplifier. You could damage the amplifier with low impedance like that, but I know that some people will disagree...
