8 12's

i was wondering if 8 12's would work in a 4 door dodge neon

I just sealed 4 12's & they get really loud. sealed boxes are only good when space is tight and you have lots of power though. I think ported is the best option.

talk to pt_cary on here he did the same thing with 8 12's in his PT cruiser.

i have seen 8 of those subs in a burban and it was a sealed wall and they didnt really hit as loud as i thought so i think you should go with ported for sure

we are talking about 2 different environments here.

an SUV compared to a sedan.

in most situations a ported box will be louder.
