where do i find one of these 20-20000hz sweeps your talking about that sounds like a pretty good way to test your stuff.

how are you supposed to pick a fabric if you cant see it or touch and stretch it and what not? and i really dont feel like payin 44 dollars a yard for some shit....someone has got to have some ideas...

does any one know good online place to get fabric for the interior door panels? i would like to fine a micro fiber or an ultra suede...or somthing similar

i know its not metal but the beatles have alot of bass heavy recordings, and they took alot of pride in doing clean recordings, so even though its old there are some very good tracks to check your system.

so its really just taste then in what your trying to accomplish? there is not really a better way its just what you like.also im really more wondering how this would affect my subs more than the mids and highs...sorry if i sound stupid on this but signal processing is really confusing to me!

yeah.... im not sure i think im gonna have to have a bowl and ponder how that would work. but using the active x-over with the passive on the amps i can manipulate this and get some more customization out of it? or is that just over processing?

like this, yesterday im cruisin my lifted f350 and im in the middle lane and i put on my signal to move to the right and some crazy ass gangsta chick wont speed up or slow down to let me in, so i kinda just start inchin my way over and she speeds up and starts lookin at me like i fucked up, so she stars going all slow in front of me to piss me off and im like "OH SURE" i could fucking drive over the top of your little nissan with you in it and not even have to slow down!!!!!"oh sure"

i thought maybe this would work like the fuck that thread did but we will see. just put your stories of stupid shit that people do on a daily basis that make you shrug and say OH SURE!

what exactly is this curve that everyone is speaking of and how does it apply to my situation, hope i dont sound dumb but i am a novice at this kind of stuff....but would i still not be better off with just the active crossover by itself?
