cool man how long you been at the drums...im a guitar player myself...check my band out on myspace we are called "calling kevorkian" enjoy!

where do i find one of these 20-20000hz sweeps your talking about that sounds like a pretty good way to test your stuff.

how are you supposed to pick a fabric if you cant see it or touch and stretch it and what not? and i really dont feel like payin 44 dollars a yard for some shit....someone has got to have some ideas...

thanx man i will...its gonna be hard im pretty picky and i cansee what i want in my head so its gotta be perfect...im sure you know how that is.

does any one know good online place to get fabric for the interior door panels? i would like to fine a micro fiber or an ultra suede...or somthing similar

i know its not metal but the beatles have alot of bass heavy recordings, and they took alot of pride in doing clean recordings, so even though its old there are some very good tracks to check your system.

so its really just taste then in what your trying to accomplish? there is not really a better way its just what you like.also im really more wondering how this would affect my subs more than the mids and highs...sorry if i sound stupid on this but signal processing is really confusing to me!

i play guitar and look up to that guy alot! hes a f ing badass!!!!

im confused someone set me stright on this!!!!!!

see thats what im talkin about that kinda shit is so off the wall and you just have to laugh at it ya know.

see its easy just like that surely people do some really dumb shit that just frustrate you!!!!lets hear about it.

yeah.... im not sure i think im gonna have to have a bowl and ponder how that would work. but using the active x-over with the passive on the amps i can manipulate this and get some more customization out of it? or is that just over processing?

like this, yesterday im cruisin my lifted f350 and im in the middle lane and i put on my signal to move to the right and some crazy ass gangsta chick wont speed up or slow down to let me in, so i kinda just start inchin my way over and she speeds up and starts lookin at me like i fucked up, so she stars going all slow in front of me to piss me off and im like "OH SURE" i could fucking drive over the top of your little nissan with you in it and not even have to slow down!!!!!"oh sure"

i thought maybe this would work like the fuck that thread did but we will see. just put your stories of stupid shit that people do on a daily basis that make you shrug and say OH SURE!

what exactly is this curve that everyone is speaking of and how does it apply to my situation, hope i dont sound dumb but i am a novice at this kind of stuff....but would i still not be better off with just the active crossover by itself?

here is my dog and he really is one of my best homies he truly is "my dog"!

cool deal man ill look around for that cook book maybe i can come up with some different stuff i hadnt even considered

WORD,,,what else do you guys know of?

cool, thats pretty much what i was thinking, just wanted to know what other people are doing in there setups thats already working for them.

ive heard that but im kinda curious if having the one on the amps set to low pass would just be like extra protection

anyone else wanna give their 2 cents on this issue im really torn, of coarse im gonna probly try both ways anyway but ide like to semi educated before i just start flippin switches and turnin knobs

primus is an awsome band i never even thought of those guys!

are you for real i wouldnt expect someone like chevelle to have a whole lot of highs in there stuff.

wow i have to say ive never really tried much classic rock, i have listened to some beatles and some boston and its kinda hit or miss for my stereo, depends on what key there playing in,hopefully it wlill get better when i finish this next build.

i would like to listen not to rap for a couple days and would like to hear some suggestions on non rap or hip hop stuff that sounds good and hits hard so if yall have some ideas lets hear em!dont be scared.
