Double check your connection, make sure your getting full contact on terminals, make sure you didn't leave a wire off as well
No wires left off, it's just positive and negative leads. Everything is right.

Likely...seems all cars have pcm controlled charging.

I bought a brand new XS D3400 from droppinhz. It measured 12.71V when I got it. Put it in the car. Still 12.71V. The first few days seemed awesome, voltage was always in the 14s when driving. I thought to mysekf, awesome, this is what it's like to have good voltage
However, a week later, and my voltage now measured 12.4V today while driving.
WHY????? I thought the AGM would hold charge longer, recharge faster, and provide me the amps necessary for audio.
I don't have any audio connected yet, and it's disappointing. I'm charging the battery right now and the voltage is coming up.
Am I doing something wrong?

Steve... you are wicked!
More cool shit for us. Thanks. I need to develop a need for these. AutoCAD was my design tool before Sketchup. I could never figure out 3D in AutoCAD, tho.

About 30 years ago, I started from the bottom, cutting MDF with a hack saw blade, keyhole saw (whatever i could find, then a cheap black and decker jigsaw with a bent blade. Then got a router years later and believe it or not, then came a table saw. Right about that same time i got a panel saw too. I always wanted one just like at Home Depot because of those "deadly accurate" cuts it had.
Been built a lot of boxes and a lot of "things" over the years with whatever i had at the time. Well this time i upgraded again. I have been thinking of a CNC machine for cutting MDF for years! I finally got the flame lit under my ass when Brian aka Audiofanaticz and i started talking about it last night. He tossed me a few links and i was really liking the prices. The unit i chose is about $15,600. I am putting a fat down payment down (even though i qualified for NO down payment) and i will pay the 4 year loan off probably in a year or so. I like to do this (get loans and pay them off fast) so i can get the kickass credit score out of the deal. Damn near 800 right now
I am hoping it will arrive about 2 weeks from tomorrow after i finalize the paperwork on it.
Now you guys KNOW i will post pics when it arrives! Now, to find a spot to put it and get my electrician on the job.
Here is a link to the finer details.

This is quite awesome. Does this mean you will be expanding into offering custom milling services or is this entirely for personal use?

Ha. I don't have faith. There has to be amps that don't make rated, and I'm going with this one won't.
2475 total
-
-
1 ohm mode = 932 watts
2 ohm mode = 553 watts
932+553= 1485 watts
you have the right idea but you need to add up all three modes if you didn't already. Unless you think this amp only does 310 watts in each mode.
Doh! I was thinking NOT bridged. My bad
-
1 ohm mode = 1864 watts
2 ohm mode = 1106 watts
Total watts = 2970
Readjusted for both channels, not just one.

I've seen the amp for home, but what else is in the works? I love the creativity and expertise brought to the 12V industry and the current products are top notch. I just want to see what's next!
Keep up the quality work and knowledge sharing!
