me and my brother put something quick together for his wife this weekend. After we finished building the box, we told her we weren't going to wrap it in any material. when she wakes up tomorrow and goes in her trunk shes going to see this:

We ended up going to several fabric stores and couldn't find any good hot pink material. Her box is wrapped in a pink blanket from walmart, lol.

Because IMO, ANL fuses fit better than AGU fuses. they are tightened down by a screw whereas most AGUs are slid/crimped in. If your voltage is fairly stable, and im assuming so since you bought the new battery, then you should just go ahead and slap on a 150A and call it a day.

Yeah they make bigger ones, but i would switch to an ANL fuse. my shop switch from the barrel fuses to ANL fuses because customers weren't crimping down the sides of their distro block or fuse holder correctly. ANL eliminates user error. if i was you i would pick up a 100 amp fuse, and if you blow that one i would start looking for a new/better battery.
also on a side note, what brand wire do you have? is it true 4 gauge? that would cause voltage drop also

Also watch for voltage drops. volts x amps = watts. the lower you volts drop the more amps you will pull.
