Its not wet anymore, I have had it drying out with heat for 2 days now in my room... -
hahahah, that is werid. I have never seen something like that with vista... I also havent ever gotten the BSOD on XP... Luck I guess which is something I normally dont have.
-
Blue screen... are you talking about the ERROR screen? like the blue screen of death? Windows XP shouldnt have the Blue Screen of Death... I Like windows XP more then vista, just cause vista is basically the same with a face life, no really special features that I couldnt get on XP but, I have the Vista transformation pack, makes it look like vista, but runs like XP

NVIDIA ALL THE WAY, nothing is better... my core clock on my 6600GT is incredible, and the card is about a year old, I play COD2 on it everyday full settings. Looks beautiful. No problems..

Im glad you got rid of all the freaking spammers...

I am not saying that my computer can hang with yours, im just saying my computer beat my friends year old alienware... you like it though?
-
congrats...

I would rather have 4 gigs of ram then waste my money on a quad core, most programs arent even capable of using a quad core. Would make a great heater though. My buddy has an alienware, wasnt too impressed, some games lagged and he got it last year, its got 2 gigs of ram and a dual core processor (2.6GHz), 7 series GeForce... My custom desktop is faster, and I have had it 3 years... Its all about that stupid name on the computer...

Do you think that you could get me a plan that would show me how to make an EXCELENT LOUD box for a Kicker Comp VR 12'' dual 2 ohm coils... -

Plus, it wasnt really completely wet... it just kinda rose a little bit, the gaps werent big enough to see light through, so I re caulked the gaps... there are no gaps anymore, but if i put carpet on it now, it might not look really even, I need to get some water proofer... -

I really wish that I could, but I would need someone that knows what they are talking about to be here helping me hahaha, the 45's would really be hard to do, but I still dont know anything about the whole tuning. I wouldnt know how to measure the parts out or anything... -

Damn that sucks... It took me a whole weekend to build this thing, I guess the next box will just have to be a little better. But I gotta fix my trunk first... WEAK -
Kicker Comp Vr

That is why I said that i took the video with my phone... the sub moves faster than the camera captures. -
I dont know. The guys at circuit city said that once it was hooked up at 4 ohms, it would pull 2 ohms from the amp only if bridged to the amp... I wonder what that sub sounds like at a lower resistance, because it is pretty loud right now.
-
Dang, that sucks. So does that mean since the sub is hooked up at 4 ohms, it is pulling 4 ohms from the amp?
-
Since it is a 2 channel amp, I have the dual 2 ohm coils on the sub hooked up making it a 4 ohm load, once bridged to the amp it pulls 2 ohms from the amp. That is how circuit city hooked it up and explained it...
-
Plus I wouldnt be able to run the sub at 2 ohms, that is if I got the ZX400.1 because, it is dual 2 ohm voice coils....
-
Well, the guy at Circuit City that installed the sub cause i kept hooking it up wrong, said that this amp that I have now is not maxing it out, he said that it wasnt even close... He told me they have a nice kicker amp but didnt recommend a series/name. Can you guys tell me how to check the RMS with a multimeter?
-
Well what kind of kicker amp do you suggest. I know that the Max power does not exist and that you should always go by the RMS. I contacted Soundstorm and the guy told me that none of their products are CEA-certified cause they didnt wanna pay the extra money...

Right now I have a Kicker Comp VR hooked up to my SoundStorm F2800 amplifier. I was wondering how much of a difference it would make if I bought the Kicker ZX-750.1 amplifier. I have the subwoofer hooked up pulling a 2 ohm load from the amp... Let me know if anyone can answer this question...Thanks. Cameron
