  1. the entire piece it is mounted on still comes off and has plenty of slack to lay it out of the way. Are you sure you are familiar with the RZR? I didn't see any belt there. There is a fuel tank, a big open area directly below and the engine behind it. Even if it does get hot in there, why would i be concerned? I didn't mount anything inside of that area. Not sure what you are talking about with the front fenders, or why. I'm lost on that. I don't need room for anything else, im already done. My bad man. Didnt know they changed the belt location on the xp's. on the 800 I have the belt housing is behind the seats.
  2. First blown belt and you may end up regretting the decision to mount the amps there. Also the clutch system generates a ton of heat In that area. So much m fact that there's cooler kits on the market to try and help keep belt temps down so they don't overheat and catch fire. FYI if you take the front fenders off you'll find a ton of room above the tube the steering column is welded too. Nice work regardless!
  3. I ordered one of these used ones. FedEx dropped it off an hour ago. Already used it on my old toyota pickup I got. Big differance in sound after using the dd1. Much cleaner sounding now at high volumes. My system in this truck consists of a alpine deck, older fosgate 400.4 amp with only front channels being used for now pushing 2 6.5 punch separates and 2 5 1/4 coax punch speakers wired parallel for 2ohms. I have a new shallow 10" sub to add but haven't had the time to build a fiberglass box. I plan on powerin that with the rear channels of the amp.
