For PC to iPad I use Videora. GUI is a little clunky but it gets the job done. Allows you to chose audio/video quality as well. -

Directed 1100D or Memphis Belle, both were pretty popular right around the time I was starting to drive. Couldn't even afford to build my engine in my truck, so I could only drool for these and the RF Power series subs. -
