    Im a Production Design Engineer in a factory so i get that 'technician vs engineer' mentality. But I learned real quick that if i want my parts built correctly and in a timely manner, i better have some humility and take input from everyone that has a role in producing the parts i design. Engineers that 'never stop learning' and dont default to their own righteousness are easier to be respected outside the cubicle.

    I wish we had a lot of engineers like you where I work. Most of them won’t take any input unless it’s from another engineer, and if they came from Georgia Tech, then you really can’t tell them anything lol

    Oh yeah I've already spent too much time and money to not get it.

    Thank you for saying that tho because my folks are sorta the opposite. They are all for me doing some sort of trade as my profession.

    not going to try and sway you either way. I had thought about getting an EE degree, but I like working with my hands too much and they don't allow engineers to do that where I work. I went to tech school, got an electronics degree, and became an I&C Technician. I won't say exactly how much I make bc I don't like to brag and it may vary in different types of industry, but I will say I've only been here two years and made six figures last year plus I do make a little more than engineers.

    i would really hate to use the good old fashioned SMH on you...but.

    bro. We aren't done yet.  Do you think all the water, oil and electrical lines are just going to stay draped over everything? SMH! LOL...bro. C'mon now....

    Yeah, dumb question lol I should've known better, I've never seen you do anything that wasn't 100% clean?

    I personally dont feel there is anything wrong with background checks, I wish they would be stricter or periodically and automatically ran so less crap makes it through.

    The licensing class is kind of bogus.

    The first one I did was generic to get my permit in my state, there wasnt even a test, just sit in this class for a couple hours and you get your training for your permit. Its not training by any means!

    The second class I took to test for other states actually made you shoot your firearm, and talked more in depth on the laws.

    There are too many idiots out there that have no idea what they are doing with a gun, like kids grabbing their pops shot gun making a video acting tough and shooting their ceiling.

    One chick I know that has carried for a while doesnt even know how to field strip her gun.... IMO if you cant do that you shouldnt be able to carry.

    For people in the Military, Coast Guard, Police, Army, ect I dont feel they need to take any sort of class or training as they deal with firearms on the daily.

    @audiofanaticz In Georgia, you don't even have to take a class. Just fill out the paperwork, get some fingerprints, and then wait a couple weeks to get it in the mail, granted that you passed the background check.

  5. put dd-1 on rcas coming from 30 pin->

    play whichever track you need, and turn volume on ipad up until you see distortion, record that volume->

    plug rca's into eq, play track at recorded volume from earlier step, and set any gains on eq (note: if the knob for the eq is a remote gain knob, turn it to it's full setting while you are setting the gain)->

    input rca's into amplifier, turn ipad to recorded volume, turn knob taking in account previous note, and then set amp gains
