I just bought a m3 8 and am in need of a box design. Your dimensions would fit my trunk perfectly. Would you be willing to post a design, or a cut/build sheet?
I think all the info is in the first post??

Hey Steve, Would it be possible for you to make a set of those door speaker mounts for my 99 yota with CT sounds 5.25 meso set?? Not for free of course. Thanks That looks so nice!!

I just finished and installed my DC audio M3-8. I built the box out of Baltic birch (the real shit) and installed LEDs and polycarbonate. Let me know what you think. The subwoofer sounds amazing and its not even broke in yet. Hits the lows very well for an 8" sub.
The box specs are. You can see my build by clicking on the link in my sig.
Oh its in the back of a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2wd

Port area per foot 17.85
Port ratio 1:6

I just purchased this sub and its on its way. Can I ask what size box (net) and tuning for a single 8 please. I see it recommends a .75 cf is that what you would recommend giving it about 600w rms at 1ohm? And tuned to what?
Thank you for your time.

Any more updates on this build. I also own a 99 toyota extra cab.
I had a question though. I thought it was not a good idea to mount the amp to the box???
I have just built a box for a single 8" sub because I need one jump seat in the rear for my kids to sit in. I want to remove the Rockford Fosgate P1000X5 from under the passenger seat and put it behind the drivers seat. Can I mount it to a piece of birch ply ( left over from the sub box build) and attatch it to the box?? Should there be some kind of rubber isolator between the sub box and amp rack board?
Sorry for all the questions but I really need to get it out from under the seat.
Thanks

a sneak ninja pic of what RF is designing for my RZR. This is JUST A PHOTOSHOPPED MOCK UP! NOT THE REAL THING YET!
no, RF did NOT buy any of the equipment in my RZR....they just loved what i did with it and offered to help me jazz up the doors a little bit. We might do some more stuff on the hood too thanks RF!! Ill post pics when we actually do it, hopefully next week or so.
They could of bought the RZR for you and IDGAF. its bad ass.... Sucks when you have to keep explaining yourself to everyone.

put the amps on the dyno so we can see what kind of power they make....

Well I didn't save a pic of the calculations I did. I did put the numbers back in and came up with something real close. I added 1 extra 1/2" baffle and the getting the Physical port length you enter 33 in the port length. I put in .05 for bracing and 2 common port walls. Try that. If its close to my numbers you should be close. I am sure mine isn't exact to the specs you see or even tuning unless you have a way to measure it. I don't.
