o ok thats exacly what i was tellin the this local shop but had the whole crew arguin with me

so how can i get my sub to come out to 2ohms

+ to+ and -to -=directly to the amp

ok just a quick question i seem to be kinda confuse if i have a sub and its a dual 2 ohm and have it positive to positive and negative to negative how many ohms does it come out to on the amp.

depends where u live really my dad had his rebuilt for his 99 F250 diesel it was $1500 and my brother is about to get his rebuilt to for his 99 Durango 4by4 and its goin to be $850

go for the radio fuse the one located in the fuse box you can use that

what ive heard most cars can go up to 17v with out making a damage to the electronic stuff not to sure bout this but can get more info 2morrow to varify this but iam 50%sure

i sure do iam using 8gauge for speaker wire but so u think it migh the gauge because i have 4 all da way

yes i have the gain 1/2 way do u really think that could be a big problem because even when iam not playin it at all it does the same thing

I was wonderin if anybody could help me out with my amp zx 2500.1 first of all a good nice and powerful amp but this amp keeps gettin extremely hot super hot to where you touch it and it will kinda burn you and second of all after a couple of minutes it goes into protection my voltage never goes below 12.8 even at a steady 14.0 it will get hot and then go into protection i have it at 2ohm with 4gauge kicker hyperflex all the help i can get i sure will appreciate thanks.

what kinda subs are you pushin

dat sucks man yeah after all that happen to mine it turn on took it in to where i bought it they tried it played for 30sec before it started to smoke again and smell nasty
