  1. Hi,

First I would like to apologize for the experience you may have had. we want to make sure you are a satisfied customer in any situation. However, as far as the warranty is concerned, we are unable to warranty a battery if it has simply been used to its capacity. Unfortunately, people would like to take advantage of us if they knew anyone and everyone would be able to change out batteries for any given reason. This is why we have our return and evaluation policy in place. our policy is there to cover against manufacture defective situations. With that being said, I think the best course of action at this moment would be for you to charge the battery with the trick mentioned in a previous comment. a recovery charge from a PSC charger would be ideal. if the battery has only set for a short period of time, it is possible that you could bring it back. we would be happy to also do this service for you. we would just need to make an RGA. However, there is a possibility the battery is unable to be brought back and in that case you would be out shipping money to us and would have to purchase a new battery at a discounted cost.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the evaluation or about any situation you may want to discuss. I would be happy to help. Here is all of my contact information

  2. The charger goes into a float mode when a battery is fully charged. It has a lower voltage that when the battery is absorbing the charge but still has to high of a continuous charge for the lithium. we have a specific lithium charger that actually cuts itself completely off once charged.

simply once the AGM charger goes into float mode. pull it off the lithium and your ready to go! B)
