  1. Hi, First I would like to apologize for the experience you may have had. we want to make sure you are a satisfied customer in any situation. However, as far as the warranty is concerned, we are unable to warranty a battery if it has simply been used to its capacity. Unfortunately, people would like to take advantage of us if they knew anyone and everyone would be able to change out batteries for any given reason. This is why we have our return and evaluation policy in place. our policy is there to cover against manufacture defective situations. With that being said, I think the best course of action at this moment would be for you to charge the battery with the trick mentioned in a previous comment. a recovery charge from a PSC charger would be ideal. if the battery has only set for a short period of time, it is possible that you could bring it back. we would be happy to also do this service for you. we would just need to make an RGA. However, there is a possibility the battery is unable to be brought back and in that case you would be out shipping money to us and would have to purchase a new battery at a discounted cost. Please let me know if you have any questions about the evaluation or about any situation you may want to discuss. I would be happy to help. Here is all of my contact information Chris Miller [email protected] [email protected] 865-688-5953
  2. if the resting voltages are different because of the older aged battery then that could pose a little bit of a concern on a new battery that has a higher resting voltage. in simplest terms, the lower battery can pull on the higher voltage battery and could bring the bank down.
  3. correct. we have 4 spl models that is for competition only. give us a call with any questions you may have. thanks
  4. The D5100 is rated at 3100 max amps and 60AH. The other listing you seen of a lesser number must be a typo.
