Use an AudioControl LC6i, they cost a little more, but will give you a clean output signal to your amplifier. This one will do 6 channels, so enough for a sub amp and a 4 channel amp, they also have a model that is just for a subwoofer amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6359_AudioControl-LC6i-Gray.html

Here is a video I made, its a little long, but I will show you that LOCs cause nothing but distortion. Sadly I have a prototype SMD LOC that does not distort at over 10volts.

Thx. I will check that video out. I think i'm going to go for a LC7i. Thx for the info. I will post up pic when I finish with my project. I will be a long while thought.
