I do have an idea... Any chance you will be up for having more than one design of fuse holders? The SMD "MH" line could be a modular design... say you have two amplifiers running off a dual but want to run another amp... A single could be purchased and added to the dual making it a 3 fuse block. Or a two to a four and so on. The sides could lock together, like a puzzle piece, making two pieces a single solid block with 3 fuses or whatever the combination. Infinite expansion of the block could be had.
